Return/ Exchange Policy

We at Luxury Illusions are committed to customer satisfaction. In our efforts to bring you the best hair at the lowest prices possible, we do not offer any warranty on our products. We believe you will be 100% satisfied with your order. We ask our customers to place orders with care and great attention by double checking orders before submitting. We are certain that our customers will be satisfied with our premium quality Remy hair products.  Hair cannot be returned once used for any reason, (the seal cannot be broken, hair unraveled, or untied). Customers have 7 days to make a return for exchange/refund provided that the hair has not been used. For all returns, please refer to the Return/Exchange Guidelines.

Return/ Exchange Policy Guidelines

THERE IS A 10% RE-STOCKING FEE ON ALL RETURNS.
Please contact us at 1-877-618-2639 before returning merchandise as ALL UNAUTHORIZED RETURNS WILL BE DISREGARDED. MERCHANDISE MUST BE UNUSED!! A return/exchange can be made within 7 days of purchase. Returns/Exchanges will not be permitted after 7 days.
Merchandise along with a copy of the original invoice must be received before a refund/exchange is granted. Merchandise must be in the original condition the customer has received it (i.e. unworn, untied, undamaged, unbrushed, etc.) in order for a refund or exchange.
We offer one exchange per order. All Shipping and Handling costs will be at the customer's expense. Please note: If you've received free shipping on a purchase and a return is made, you will be responsible for the cost of the original shipping.

Ordering and Shipping

At Luxury Illusions, we believe in satisfaction and customer service. Our staff hand picks your hair and double checks you order for accuracy. Orders that are processed on line usually takes 24 to 48 business hours to process, so please keep this in mind when choosing your shipping method. Once an order has been shipped, it is a completed order. Please refer to Return/Exchange Guidelines.

Shipping

For same day shipping (in-stock items only), orders must be placed by 1:00 PM Centeral Standard time Monday-Friday. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be shipped out the following Monday. All orders are subject to verification. We ship via UPS and United States Postal Service. FedEx optional. If you provide us with your email address, we will provide you with a tracking number to track your purchase. Please keep in mind that we reserve the right to ship orders to the billing address of your credit card.

Standard Delivery- Order usually arrives within 5-10 business days.

Second Business Day-Second business day delivery for orders placed by 1:00 P.M. Central Standard Time Monday-Thursday (in-stock items only.) Orders placed on Friday will be delivered the following Monday as we do not offer Saturday delivery. Allow one additional day for Hawaii and Alaska. All shipping and handling costs will be at the customer’s expense. Luxury Illusions is not responsible for weather related delays.

Please note: UPS has made changes to their policies and will begin charging return fees. If you place an order from Luxury Illusions but do not accept the package or cancel the package en-route, then UPS will charge additional fees to return the package back to us. Subsequently, this fee will be charged to the customer’s account. All packages are signature required for delivery.
